Express Your Interest
If you’d like to be considered for an overseas assignment, here are a few steps to follow after reviewing this site:

Talk to your manager
He or she will be one of your most valuable resources. Your Human Resources representative will also be very helpful as you explore your options.
Update your profile in My Performance and Development (My P&D)
Indicate your interest in an assignment abroad. Access MyPepsiCo.com > Pay, Benefits and Career > My Performance and Development.
Visit My Possibilities to review and apply for a position overseas
You manage your career! While your manager or Human Resources may approach you directly about an opportunity at home or abroad, you can also proactively review openings at MyPepsiCo.com > Pay, Benefits and Career > My Possibilities.
Immerse yourself
Learn as much as possible about your assignment location before you depart:
- Review expatriate online communities, blogs and discussion forums for personal insights from people who have experiences living in that location.
- Study social norms, food, customs, weather and clothing.
- The SAGE (Self-Assessment for Global Endeavors) is found on the Culture Wizard website. You will need to register to use the site. Your responses and feedback are completely confidential and are never shared with PepsiCo.
Be patient
Once you’ve expressed your interest, the initial steps of the process tend to take time. Remember, there must be an opportunity—a specific need expressed by a business in another country—for PepsiCo to invest in an international assignment. If your background and skill set are appropriate, you will be assessed against the requirements of the role in the host country, in addition to your current job responsibilities.
Be ready to move quickly
If your manager or Human Resources representative approaches you about a potential international opportunity, things may move very fast!
