Support for Your Spouse/Partner

You aren’t the only one who will need some support adjusting to a new life. Your spouse or partner will have plenty of challenges to deal with as well. He or she will have complimentary access to the Net Expat Community, a web-based social networking environment that is dedicated to spouses/partners of international assignees. As a member, your spouse/partner can locate others living nearby and forge links with other spouses/partners who may have similar interests, hobbies or professional backgrounds. They can read testimonials, chat, ask questions, post pictures, join groups, contribute to forums, share music, and view and create blogs. The Net Expat Community also offers live “chattinars,” which are facilitated opportunities to meet and share experiences over the phone with other spouses/partners.
