Typically, your manager or Human Resources professional will let you know you’re being considered for an international assignment and start important discussions. Once it’s determined that you are the right person for the job, you’ll learn much more about the position, the PepsiCo business and the country where you potentially will be working.
Package Review and Orientation
An international assignment is a huge step in your career, so it’s important to have all the facts you need. Your manager and/or Human Resources professional, along with the Global Talent Mobility Services team, will review all of the details with you: the exact nature and duration of the assignment, policies, procedures and much more.
Assignment Acceptance
